1.
Any authorized representation contract must be signed between BWLF
and clients.
Legal fees are charged according to BWLF
service rates and no fees should be
collected privately.
2. BWLF attorneys must perform their duties responsibly and professionally
to
maximize client¡¯s legal interests.
3. BWLF reserves the right to refuse any client request that may
be illegal or
against professional ethics.
4. A cautious choice of attorney will be made according to the will
of a client.
However, if the client is not satisfied with
the assigned attorney for any reason,
BWLF will assign another qualified attorney.
5. BWLF will not accept any case that is in direct conflict of interest
with any
BWLF-affiliated organization.

BWLF will not accept case that is direct conflict of interest with
cases
represented by this firm previously.
7. BWLF will not provide legal service to both or multiple parties
on one case
or one transaction except mediation by mutual
agreement of parties.
8. BWLF will keep all case-relevant information confidential unless
under mandatory
legal obligation or with client¡¯s prior written approval.
9. Attorney can¡¯t withdraw a retained case without legitimate cause.
If unable to
handle a retained case under reasonable conditions,
BWLF will decide to withdraw the
case or re-assign a new attorney after 10 days written
notice by the assigned attorney.
10. BWLF attorneys should not have any other business relationships
with clients beyond
the authorized representation contract,
and should not receive any personal interest
from clients. All gifts from clients should
report to firm promptly.
